Store Manager - Titan Eyeplus

About the Role

We are seeking a Store Manager for Titan Eyeplus in Madurai, responsible for overseeing comprehensive store operations in an optical retail environment. This is a full-time onsite position entrusted with managing all store activities to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations such as opening and closing procedures, daily financial recordings, cash handling, and conducting inventory audits to maintain accountability and accuracy.
• Lead sales initiatives to achieve or surpass set targets for sales volume, customer conversion rates, and average order value.
• Ensure premium customer service quality by addressing and resolving complaints and guaranteeing technical precision in eyewear dispensing.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff members, imparting knowledge about optical products, effective sales strategies, and superior customer interaction techniques.
• Oversee inventory management including stock monitoring, procurement of frames and lenses, and supervise the proper fitting, adjustment, and dispensing of eyewear products.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of managerial experience in retail environments, preferably specialized in optical or eyewear segments.
• Strong technical knowledge regarding optical products such as lens materials, coatings, frames, and contact lenses.
• Excellent leadership abilities combined with clear communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively lead and motivate the team.
• Highly organized and proactive approach with the capability to handle multiple tasks including inventory control and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
