About the Role
As a Store Designer Intern, you will assist in the design and development of retail store environments. Collaborating closely with the Store Design team, you will help generate detailed layouts, documentation, and specifications that transform retail spaces into inviting customer areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating store layouts, design packages, and technical documentation.
- Produce and maintain drawings, specifications, and design standards with Revit and CAD software.
- Support the development of signage and packaging to ensure uniformity across different store types.
- Prepare thorough design documentation for store elements and fixtures.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, and external partners to contribute to seamless project execution.
- Participate in planning retail spaces.
About You
We seek a motivated and detail-conscious student passionate about design and crafting functional spaces that enhance customer experiences. Candidates should be pursuing studies in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or related fields. Experience with Revit, CAD, or other 3D modeling tools is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is expected. Retail experience will be advantageous.
Internship Programme Details
- The internship lasts 12 weeks, is paid at living wage, and begins in November, based in Māngere, Auckland.

Recruitment Process
