Role and Responsibilities

• Evaluate student capabilities and design customized teaching strategies.
• Modify educational content to suit individual learning requirements.
• Regularly monitor and document student progress.
• Observe children's behavior and initiate suitable interventions when necessary.
• Utilize interactive activities like drawing and theater to impart skills.
• Handle classroom emergencies and mediate conflicts effectively.
• Assist students in preparing for advancement to higher grades.
• Communicate with parents regarding academic and behavioral updates.
• Guide and mentor colleagues working with children who have disabilities.
• Work closely with support personnel such as counselors and speech therapists to develop comprehensive intervention plans.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Special Education.
• Have at least three years of experience working in Special Education with pediatric populations.
• Possess strong knowledge of childhood language disorders and their treatment approaches.
