Role Overview

As a new graduate software engineer, you will join the team developing the core systems powering Giga's AI agents. Responsibilities include backend development related to data pipelines, integrations, and agent infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers and have the opportunity to own projects and features from the start, fostering independence and rapid learning within the codebase.

Key Projects

• Enhancing ‘Atlas’ by building functionalities like Slack-based charts, alerts, natural language query support, and platform resource management.
• Developing the ‘Activity Stream’ for log visualization, including filtering, timestamping, and frequency charts to monitor agent actions.
• Implementing dynamic knowledge features that auto-update time-sensitive information from sources such as status pages.
• Creating ‘Agent Memory’ capabilities that maintain conversation context and recall recent interactions across sessions.
