Role Responsibilities

• Design innovative and captivating social media strategies.
• Oversee daily management of all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, tailoring content appropriately for each channel.
• Create or supervise production of engaging multimedia content across various platforms.
• Plan, initiate, and manage competitions and marketing campaigns promoting the company and its brand.
• Build essential relationships with influencers across different social media channels.
• Conduct thorough audience research to inform strategy.
• Build and nurture online social communities by engaging with posts and stimulating discussion.
• Track, monitor, analyze and report on social media performances using analytical tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Keep abreast of social media trends and assessment techniques to enhance measurement methods.
• Examine competitor social media activities and strategies.
• Suggest enhancements to improve social media effectiveness and impact.
• Establish goals to advance brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
• Lead and mentor junior social media staff, such as executives or assistants.
• Administer budget allocations for social media activities.

Candidate Qualifications

Open to graduates from any academic discipline, although degrees in advertising, business management, journalism, marketing (especially digital marketing), media and communications, and public relations are particularly beneficial.

This role is dynamic and challenging, reflective of the rapidly evolving social media and digital marketing landscape. Typically office-based, the position may require occasional travel for client meetings or attendance at events and conferences. Flexible working arrangements, including partial remote work, are available. Opportunities for freelance or self-employed work may arise with experience.
