Role Overview

We are expanding our team and seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to enhance our brand's online presence and inspire our customers with engaging and innovative content. This full-time position is based entirely onsite in our Frechen office. Remote work is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and produce daily content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Create and edit visually captivating photos and videos to boost engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage social media channels strategically to continuously improve brand visibility.
• Experiment with and assess new content formats and strategies to enhance brand perception.
• Work closely with the team to identify and creatively implement current trends.
• Assist with planning and coordinating photoshoots, advertising campaigns, and creative productions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation with a focus on both creativity and professionalism.
• Completed relevant education or training in media design, design, or similar fields.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, image composition, color theory, and typography, along with attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and related creative software such as Illustrator and InDesign.
• An aptitude for identifying trends and translating them into innovative concepts.
• Self-motivated with a passion for both behind-the-scenes and on-camera creative work.
• High level of initiative with the drive to develop and implement new ideas.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, standout content consistently.
• Enjoyment of diverse tasks and a willingness to experiment with new approaches.
