Site Engineer

Position Overview

We are hiring a Site Engineer to be stationed full-time at various construction locations across Delhi-NCR. The role entails complete responsibility for conducting daily site activities with adherence to approved building plans, ensuring quality, safety, and progress reporting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites from initiation through completion.
• Interpret and apply building drawings and site maps accurately to supervise execution accordingly.
• Lead and coordinate site teams including supervisors, foremen, caretakers, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor daily work progress and prepare detailed reports for submission to the Senior Civil Engineer.
• Verify construction output to meet technical standards and project specifications.
• Keep track of material consumption on-site and collaborate with supervisors regarding procurement requirements.
• Ensure consistent enforcement of attendance monitoring and safety regulations among laborers.
• Address routine site issues promptly; escalate critical concerns to senior engineering staff when necessary.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with government inspectors or officials during site evaluations.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate site documentation including progress logs, technical drawings, and material usage records.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
• Proven practical experience of 3 to 5 years in site execution roles.
• Proficient in reading and understanding technical maps, architectural drawings, and building plans.
• Strong knowledge of building technologies, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Fluency in both English and Hindi languages.
• Readiness to reside full-time at assigned construction sites.
