Role Overview

The Showroom Manager leads the automotive sales team, crafting and executing strategies to meet dealership sales targets. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, coaching and developing sales personnel, and maintaining high standards in customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct and inspire the sales team to achieve set objectives.
• Set sales goals aligned with company objectives and continually track team performance.
• Hold regular sales meetings to assess progress and define new targets.
• Develop and apply robust sales tactics to exceed targets.
• Analyze market trends and customer demands to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan promotions and campaigns enhancing sales.
• Build and sustain relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Train new consultants on product details, selling skills, and dealership procedures.
• Provide continuous coaching to upskill the sales team and share up-to-date industry knowledge.
• Optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure sales staff follows defined sales procedures and guidelines.
• Implement effective CRM and sales tracking techniques.
• Maintain exemplary customer service quality and promptly resolve customer disputes.
• Work closely with inventory teams to balance stock based on market and customer needs.
• Guarantee sales operations comply with legal, ethical, and OEM standards.
• Promote cross-department collaboration for an integrated customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven 5 to 7 years of experience in automotive volume brand sales within the UAE market.
• Essential experience managing and leading teams.
• Strong background in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
• Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities.
• Hindi language proficiency is strongly preferred.
