Job Overview
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to effectively oversee and manage customer service operations within our Oxygen business vertical. This role involves acting as a communication hub between customers, service engineers, and branch teams to ensure smooth execution of service tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all customer service inquiries and complaints via O2 Care platform.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and branch personnel.
- Organize and allocate service jobs to technicians according to proximity, priority, and skill set.
- Track the progress of service jobs ensuring their timely completion with proper documentation.
- Accurately maintain and update service data in the ERP system.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers after service to verify satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports on service performance for management.
- Ensure compliance with company service standards, warranty guidelines, and O2 Protection plans.
