Job description
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to become a valuable member of our energetic team, specializing in telesales and concept selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound calls to potential clients and successfully close sales leads provided by the Marketing department.
- Promote and sell services including company formation, trademark registration, GST filings, as well as loan and real estate-related services.
- Maintain accurate records and updates within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Facilitate online payment collections and gather necessary supporting documents for the services offered.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell various service packages to clients.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess their own laptop to perform job duties.
- Prior experience in telemarketing and sales, especially in concept selling, is essential.
