Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our expanding team at our Braddon, ACT office. In this role, you will provide both technical and managerial expertise across various project types including multi-residential, commercial, industrial, government, educational, and temporary works. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a motivated engineering professional with a strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a flair for innovative problem-solving. Key qualifications and experiences include:

• Australian tertiary engineering qualification recognized by Engineers Australia
• Between 5 and 10 years of experience in structural engineering design within Australia
• Full legal working rights in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency)
• Relevant engineering and construction experience
• Appreciation of architectural requirements
• Familiarity with Australian regulatory frameworks, Standards, and the National Construction Code (NCC)
• Capability to work effectively in a dynamic team and manage multiple tasks
