Overview

Join as a Senior Software Engineer on a contractor basis (~15 hours weekly) focusing on creating advanced Reinforcement Learning Environments that facilitate the training of AI systems. Key Responsibilities

Develop Reinforcement Learning Environments that challenge AI models in problem-solving of complex software engineering tasks using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools.
Create reproducible environments, deterministic verification processes, and golden reference solutions to accurately evaluate MCP tool usage and software engineering skills.
Engage in tasks such as bug fixes, feature implementation, code refactoring, and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications

Expertise in one or more of the following programming languages: C++, Python, JAVA, GoLang, Typescript, or Rust.
Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and experience with performance optimization.
Proven capability in debugging intricate software issues and delivering maintainable code.
Demonstrated experience in feature development and comprehensive codebase refactoring.
