Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategy, development, and deployment of innovative systems, tools, and business processes essential for our next growth phase. This role blends business strategy with technical execution to transform high-level goals into quantifiable results.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership and department heads to establish vision for new solutions that advance business objectives.
Translate strategic targets into actionable product plans, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business priorities.
Manage the complete product lifecycle, covering discovery, requirement gathering, release, integration into business processes, and ongoing enhancement.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain transparency and alignment at all stages.
Evaluate current processes, discover automation opportunities, and implement impactful solutions.
Work cooperatively with business analysts, designers, and engineers, and autonomously handle specialized projects or product phases as needed.

Candidate Profile

At least 5 years’ experience as a Product or Project Manager in a dynamic digital or technology-focused environment, demonstrating proven delivery outcomes.
Expertise in analyzing, optimizing, and digitally transforming business processes.
Strong analytical abilities with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
Insight into strategic choices regarding building solutions versus alternative approaches that do not require development.
Experience in automating manual workflows to enhance efficiency.
Proficiency with no-code/low-code tools for rapid prototyping and validating hypotheses.
Excellent communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and adept at remote work across different time zones.
Fluent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
Business analysis competency is an advantageous addition.
