Overview

We are partnering with a client seeking a Senior Manager to lead their expanding Loan Operations team. This role involves overseeing a fast-moving private credit portfolio and leading a group of portfolio managers. The focus is on managing both syndicated and bilateral loan portfolios within a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in loan operations, asset management, or portfolio monitoring.
• At least five years in a managerial role, leading teams effectively.
• Familiarity with syndicated and bilateral loan structures.
• Excellent analytical abilities coupled with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with systems like Sentry PM or Cassiopeia is beneficial but not mandatory.
