Job description
Overview
This role involves performing wafer fabrication tasks critical to producing semiconductor devices. The operator conducts various processes including alignment, masking, etching, and diffusion using specialized equipment within the fabrication environment. The position includes calibrating machinery and ensuring processes meet control parameters by troubleshooting and implementing corrective measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute wafer fabrication operations such as alignment, masking, etching, and diffusion using production tools and equipment.
- Calibrate and operate semiconductor process equipment to maintain production quality and efficiency.
- Identify and address process issues through troubleshooting to keep operations within required specifications.
- Follow standard operating procedures and complete clearly defined tasks under close supervision.
- Communicate effectively with team members by sharing relevant information and updates.
Requirements and Work Conditions
- Handle routine assignments with limited complexity and judgement.
- Perform tasks following company policies, procedures, and standard tools.
- Work primarily under direct supervision receiving detailed guidance throughout assignments.
- Experience typically less than one year is expected for this role.
Additional Information
The job is located in Bukit Merah, Central Singapore Community Development Council, Singapore and is a full-time, onsite role. This position requires dedicated adherence to standard procedures while contributing actively to the semiconductor production process.
