Role Overview
As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst, you will play a critical role in assisting customers across various industries in securely navigating their AI transformation journeys. You will collaborate with skilled, inquisitive professionals who are passionate about ownership, challenging the norm, and resolving complex security challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor security events and alert customers, escalating incidents to internal teams when necessary.
- Create and refine SOC operational procedures, including playbooks and workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) customers.
- Handle inbound incident response communications including calls and emails.
- Coordinate with customers, Check Point support, and development teams to ensure MDR product effectiveness.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Check Point’s products and security technologies.
- Prepare incident reports for customers highlighting security events detected by MDR.
- Support senior analysts in incident response activities, forensic investigations of compromised systems, and recommend remediation actions.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in information security, systems administration, scripting, or programming.
- One to two years of practical experience working with enterprise security solutions.
- Proficiency in packet analysis, endpoint forensics, or network forensics.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
