Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Guide Agile teams on Scrum methodology and implement Agile best practices effectively.
• Maintain a strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support project processes.
• Track key Agile performance metrics including Sprint Velocity, Burndown Charts, Lead Time, and Cycle Time to monitor team progress.

Required Candidate Profile

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Ability to coach teams towards Agile maturity and improved project delivery.
• Demonstrated understanding of Agile project management principles and tools.
