Salesforce Technical Lead Manager

Role Details

The position serves as a Salesforce Technical Lead at the manager level across India. The candidate will play a crucial role in guiding projects through the software development life cycle, from requirements analysis and design to deployment and maintenance of enterprise applications on Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications on Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics.
• Define business and technical goals to establish success criteria for Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Sales teams during solution design phases.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure project success and knowledge sharing.
• Document and suggest process improvements to streamline software development.
• Encourage Agile methodology adherence and maintain project timelines.
• Keep senior leadership informed throughout project lifecycles.
• Participate in recruitment interviews.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience in Salesforce.com development.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• Proficiency in developing Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
• Extensive experience writing Apex Classes and Triggers, and managing integrations.
• Hands-on experience performing administrative tasks such as managing users, roles, profiles, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Expertise in designing reports, dashboards, and analytic snapshots.
• Data migration experience using Import Wizard, Workbench, and Apex Data Loader.
• Ability to assess technology feasibility, trade-offs, and make sound project-appropriate decisions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and experience using code scanning tools.
• Preferred knowledge of CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Pardot, Heroku, and Salesforce DX.
• Relevant certifications such as Platform Developer 2 are highly desired.
• Qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech or MCA degree.
