Job Overview

TCS is inviting qualified candidates to join as Salesforce Experience Cloud Developers through an in-person walk-in drive in Hyderabad. Candidates with 5 to 13 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. The role focuses on designing and customizing digital portals and platforms for customers, partners, and employees by leveraging Salesforce Experience Cloud capabilities.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and tailor Salesforce Experience Cloud portals to meet custom business demands.
• Implement complex business processes and build integrations ensuring scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions.
• Customize Customer, Partner, and Self-Service portals.
• Use Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex including triggers and SOQL queries for development tasks.
• Apply knowledge of Experience Builder and site configurations to optimize portal performance.
• Develop Salesforce integrations utilizing REST APIs.
• Implement authentication mechanisms including Single Sign-On (SSO) for enhanced security.
• Construct Visualforce pages and Aura Components as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security standards, managing sharing rules, profiles, and permissions.
• Adopt responsive design principles to deliver excellent user experiences.
• Participate in deployment and release management activities.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proficient in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) platform.
• Hands-on experience developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong command of Apex programming, including triggers and SOQL.
• Experienced in Experience Builder and Salesforce site configuration.
• Skilled in creating Customer, Partner, and Self-Service portals.
• Knowledgeable in Salesforce integrations using REST APIs.
• Implementation of authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model including sharing rules and permission sets.
• Experience with Visualforce and Aura Components development.
• Competent in responsive web design and user experience best practices.
• Familiarity with deployment and release management processes.
