Role Overview
House Construct is hiring a Sales Manager in Bengaluru to help expand business, increase revenue, and strengthen client relationships. The role focuses on driving sales outcomes, managing customer interactions, and working with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue fresh business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle client discussions, deliver presentations, and lead negotiations.
- Spot market opportunities and put effective sales plans into action.
- Meet monthly as well as quarterly sales goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven capability in client management and relationship building.
- Goal-oriented attitude with strong self-motivation.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly stipend/salary in the range of INR 40,000 to INR 45,000.
