Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to spearhead the growth and adoption of our Enterprise Transformation Platform (ETP) solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role demands a strong focus on uncovering sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing the entire sales process from initial prospecting to successful closure, ensuring the effective delivery of transformation platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to discover and capitalize on new business opportunities for ETP offerings within KSA, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Establish and sustain trusted partnerships with senior executives and key decision-makers to facilitate their transformation projects.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of ETP solutions encompassing digital transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and modernization in alignment with client goals.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including prospect identification, qualification, proposal formulation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate internally with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and legal departments to design customized solutions, proposals, and pricing models.
- Maintain precise sales forecasts and pipeline status within CRM systems to provide timely and dependable reports to leadership.
- Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Conduct ongoing market research to remain abreast of market dynamics, competitor actions, and industry trends vital to KSA's digital transformation environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of proven success in enterprise technology sales, digital transformation, or platform sales.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Enterprise Transformation Platforms, cloud technologies, and automation.
- Strong track record of managing and closing significant, complex deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling business value propositions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with experience engaging C-level executives.
- Industry expertise in banking, healthcare, telecommunications, or government sectors is advantageous.
- Experience working in the KSA market is mandatory.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft, and Oracle.
- Capacity to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges.
- Experience selling IT services, managed services, or platform-centric solutions is highly preferred.
