Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by being well-informed about all products and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Drive sales and meet operational and customer service standards.
• Achieve personal productivity targets consistently.
• Engage with customers by asking insightful, open-ended questions to identify their needs.
• Acquire and share detailed knowledge of products and current trends to recommend suitable options.
• Stay updated on product knowledge as well as new and upcoming merchandise or trends.

Candidate Qualifications

• Between zero to three years of retail experience.
• Self-assured and comfortable interacting with customers to provide an enhanced shopping experience.
• Driven by enthusiasm for customer interaction and athletic products, aiming to achieve excellent results.
• Capable of independently initiating and completing tasks without direct supervision.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate store hours.
