Russian Language Analyst - Procurement

Job Overview

This role involves managing the entire procurement cycle and purchase order generation for international clients. The candidate will oversee supply chain validations and respond to vendor inquiries, utilizing advanced proficiency in Russian for effective communication. Adherence to strict SLA requirements during night shift hours is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive procurement activities and generate purchase orders for global clientele.
• Conduct validation processes within the supply chain and address vendor-related questions.
• Maintain fluent Russian language communication, both written and verbal, to ensure seamless interactions.
• Commit to fulfilling all service level agreement obligations during rotational night shifts.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in BPO procurement or supply chain management sectors.
• Fluency in Russian language, including both written and spoken skills.
• Solid grasp of purchase request and purchase order procedures alongside expertise in MS Excel.
• Ability to manage service level agreements effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible night shift rotations.
