Robot Teleoperator

Role summary

This opportunity is for a full-time Robot Teleoperator working remotely from Kenya on behalf of a client. The role focuses on controlling robotic systems from a distance to support industrial and operational work.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $30 to $55 per hour.

What you will do

• Use teleoperation tools to monitor and direct robotic equipment so assigned work is completed accurately.
• Spot and resolve issues in real time while robots are in operation.
• Work according to defined operating procedures to support safety and efficient performance.
• Record operational information, performance results, and any exceptions for review and reporting.
• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve robot performance and workflow efficiency.

What is needed

• Prior experience handling robotic systems in industrial or operational environments is required.
• You should be able to read technical documentation and carry out detailed procedures correctly.
• Experience with remote-control interfaces and diagnostic tools for robotic equipment is essential.
• A careful eye for detail is important for accurate execution and safety compliance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and electronics related to robotics is preferred.
