Role Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will play a vital role in cultivating a high-performance culture to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in various store operations ranging from customer service to back-of-house tasks.
• Maintaining exemplary customer service throughout pre-sale, purchase, and post-sale stages.
• Enhancing the JB Hi-Fi brand experience by contributing to product merchandising on the sales floor.
• Supporting timely and accurate delivery and processing of stock in compliance with store procedures.
