Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate at PUMA, your key responsibility will be to engage actively and positively with customers to promote the PUMA brand and products, fulfilling their needs while meeting the store's sales objectives. You will be expected to understand and align with the business goals, store environment standards, and operational procedures to contribute effectively to store success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers warmly and helpfully to promote PUMA merchandise and meet sales targets.
• Comprehend business goals to influence sales, store atmosphere, and operational effectiveness.
• Consistently comply with all PUMA policies and procedures to maintain a uniform environment for customers and employees.
• Stay informed about products, company procedures, and initiatives to communicate knowledgeably with customers and colleagues.
• Uphold PUMA's retail operations strategies to bolster its competitive position globally.
• Regularly participate in store programs focused on safety, operations, customer service, and loss prevention to enhance store performance.
• Analyze merchandise, sales, and operational data for business insight and contribute positively to store results.
• Maintain store standards in sales floor and back areas, including cleanliness, maintenance, organization, product flow, and presentation to meet store objectives timely and accurately.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Preferably possess initial sales experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong enthusiasm for the PUMA brand.
• Personable, dependable, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Collaborative team member with excellent communication skills.
• Quick learner with basic computer proficiency, including common MS programs.
