Key Responsibilities

• Manage retail sales operations and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Oversee online order processing and provide customer support.
• Handle store operational tasks efficiently.
• Supervise inventory management and stock handling.
• Coordinate and lead the team effectively to meet business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory prior experience in retail sales, preferably 3 to 5 years.
• Experience in the fashion or apparel sector is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is considered an additional advantage.
