Role Overview

The Restaurant Shift Leader is crucial in ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently, promoting excellent customer service, and supporting the general manager in various operational tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment while strictly following food safety protocols.
• Boost sales through effective inventory control, ordering, stocking, and food preparation practices.
• Support the General Manager by ensuring task completion, upholding safety standards, managing scheduling, maintaining cash integrity, and preparing regular reports.
• Coach team members on timely preparation and packaging of customer orders to meet and exceed service expectations.
• Oversee the cleanliness of dining and food preparation areas.
• Ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

Skills and Physical Requirements

• Capability to work different shifts as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively with attention to detail.
• Ability to frequently lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
