Role Overview
- Possess a Master’s degree in Reliability Engineering or preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- Hold certifications such as Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) and Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE).
- Certification as a Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desirable.
- Bring 15 to 20 years of expertise in conducting root cause analyses, preferably utilizing methodologies like the Taproot system.
- Exhibit leadership capabilities with experience supervising a team of 4 to 5 Reliability Engineers.
