Relationship Manager

Job Summary

The primary role of the Relationship Manager involves maintaining strong ties with bank branches and processing centers of the State Bank of India. This position requires ensuring that loan files provided by the company are handled efficiently and smoothly. In addition to overseeing loan processing, the Relationship Manager is expected to proactively develop new leads through referrals and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with various bank branches and processing units of the State Bank of India.
• Ensure effective and smooth processing of loan files assigned by the company.
• Generate new business leads by leveraging referrals and diverse lead sources.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Married male candidates with prior field experience are preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel approximately 50 to 60 kilometers daily.
• Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for traveling purposes.

Additional Conditions

• Work location is Jalandhar, Punjab.
• The work schedule includes a six-day working week.
• Minimum job commitment of 18 months is required.

Compensation

CTC will be determined based on the candidate’s interview performance.
