Overview

MyIntegra is seeking a Regional Support Coordinator to assist NDIS participants in Rockingham, Western Australia. This position is remote but requires the successful applicant to be based in Perth for occasional participant visits. The role involves assessing participant needs and coordinating supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Key Responsibilities

Support NDIS participants by facilitating implementation of their NDIS Plans and coordinating relevant services.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and comply with required standards.
Establish and nurture relationships with quasi-government entities and disability organizations.
Maintain ownership in growing and sustaining these stakeholder networks.
Promote MyIntegra's support coordination services through presentations and outreach to Local Area Coordinators, disability service providers, support groups, participants, and nominees.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrated empathy and care for individuals with disabilities.
Effective communication skills, including verbal presentations and responding to queries from diverse audiences.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proven skill in engaging potential clients and converting inquiries into leads.
Ability to independently manage tasks while collaborating within a team environment.
Competency in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

Possession of a current driver's license with willingness to travel to client locations as required.
Experience ranging from six months to one year as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
Qualifications in Allied Health or at least a Certificate IV in Allied Health, Disability, Aged Care, or related fields.
Awareness or experience handling complex family health issues is advantageous.
Successful candidates must undergo an NDIS Worker Screening Check and provide a valid Working with Children Check.
