Regional Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Mashmari Consultants Pvt Ltd is spearheading initiatives to implement AI-driven digital Anganwadi centers, smart classrooms, teacher training, and community learning platforms nationwide in collaboration with governmental bodies, BSNL, NGOs, and educational institutions. We seek a motivated and proactive Regional Operations Coordinator stationed in Dehradun to lead project and business coordination across districts such as Dehradun and Tehri, with frequent travel within Uttarakhand and nearby regions. You will directly report to the corporate office in Noida and contribute significantly to impactful educational technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage delivery, installation, and commissioning of digital equipment in Anganwadi centers.
• Identify and coordinate local resources for minor construction works at remote learning locations.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with government officials including WCDD officers, CDPOs, supervisors, and Anganwadi workers.
• Work closely with BSNL teams and various partner organizations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, demonstrations, project assessments, and reviews.
• Handle survey coordination, logistics, inventory control, and local office operations.
• Recruit and supervise installation teams and field associates locally.
• Support training of workers and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Track project approvals, payment processing, certificate issuance, and related paperwork.
• Assist in preparing proposals and driving regional business development.

Candidate Profile

• Graduation degree required, preferably in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 to maximum 6 years’ experience in project coordination or operations, ideally in similar sectors.
• Ability to comfortably engage with government officers and NGO partners.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational aptitude.
• Willingness to frequently travel within Uttarakhand.
• Resident of Dehradun or nearby areas preferred.
• Possession of a two or four-wheeler vehicle is essential.
• Capability to establish and operate a small office-from-home setup for daily coordination tasks.
• Own laptop with reliable broadband internet connection required.
