Requirements and Eligibility

• At least two years experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Experience, Relationship Management, or high-volume Service Operations.
• Strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, resilience, and a consultative, service-focused approach.
• Legal authorization to work in Dublin, including holding an EU passport, UK passport, or Stamp 4 visa.
• Commitment to a full-time, on-site role at the Dublin office, Monday through Friday, driven by results in a competitive environment.

Earnings Overview

First-year total compensation begins around €47,000, progressing beyond €75,000 in year two, and aiming for over €100,000 by year three. These figures encompass base salary, commission, and bonuses, with the base salary starting at €38,000 plus unlimited commission potential.
