Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Associate plays a vital role in managing the recruitment lifecycle by providing administrative and coordination support. This includes arranging interviews, maintaining candidate communications, managing documentation, updating systems, and assisting with recruitment reporting. The individual ensures efficient recruitment operations, accurate data management, adherence to processes, compliance, and a consistent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from identifying job requirements, sourcing, interviewing, to extending job offers.
  • Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and engage professionally with candidates.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems with candidate data accurately.
  • Assist with onboarding processes including background checks, drug tests, and employment documentation.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers by facilitating smooth communication and process compliance.
  • Prepare and dispatch offer letters and related employment documents.
  • Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as required.
  • Manage job postings on various platforms and liaise with hiring managers to obtain timely feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (notably US labor laws) and internal hiring policies.
  • Adapt to Australian shift timings (9 AM to 5 PM IST aligned with Australian time zone).

Candidate Profile and Skills

  • Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment administration or support roles.
  • Any graduate qualification is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, vocabulary, fluency, and professional email etiquette.
  • Strong customer service orientation to engage candidates courteously.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications for data tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tracking tools.
  • High attention to detail ensuring data accuracy.
  • Efficient in time management, prioritization, and coordination.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruitment teams and hiring managers.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and administrative best practices.

Additional Information

The role requires open availability to work according to the Australian shift hours from 9 AM to 5 PM (Australian time). This is essential to support the talent acquisition team effectively and maintain coordination across time zones.
