About The Role
We are looking to hire an experienced recruiter on a part-time basis who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process to support expanding talent acquisition requirements. This role requires 10 to 15 hours per week with potential for increased hours depending on hiring needs. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers across diverse departments to devise sourcing strategies, assess candidate suitability, and ensure an excellent candidate journey. Ideal candidates demonstrate proactiveness, attention to detail, and a passion for aligning talented professionals with a forward-thinking technology company.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of comprehensive recruiting experience, ideally in software or technology sectors.
- Proven track record recruiting technical positions such as Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Managers.
- Experience recruiting in business areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other tools.
- Hands-on familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Outstanding communication, interviewing, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational ability to juggle multiple open roles effectively.
- Capable of working autonomously while maintaining strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.
- High professionalism, confidentiality adherence, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Preferred: experience in startups or fast-growing environments, knowledge of recruitment and employment law best practices, supporting remote/hybrid recruitment, employer branding know-how.
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from job intake to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and maintain transparent communication among candidates and hiring teams.
- Assess candidates for technical competencies, culture fit, and alignment with organizational values.
- Extend job offers and support salary negotiations in partnership with leadership.
- Build and nurture talent pools for current and future hiring demands.
- Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics.
- Report hiring progress regularly to leadership and identify areas for process and branding improvement.
- Adhere to all relevant employment laws and compliance requirements.
