Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, gathering and delivering feedback, and extending offers for all candidate levels from entry-level to senior positions.
- Establish and maintain pipelines for multiple job openings across various teams and countries within EMEA, emphasizing diversity and balanced candidate slates.
- Drive initiatives for inclusion by developing diverse candidate pools at the earliest recruitment stages.
- Collaborate with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations, and finance teams to devise and implement effective hiring strategies and plans.
- Coach and influence business leaders and hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and sound hiring decisions.
- Deliver outstanding and memorable candidate experiences by creating innovative ways to engage and support candidates throughout the interview process.
- Maintain precise candidate records and use recruitment systems accurately for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Utilize creative approaches to discover and attract exceptional, passionate talent for Airbnb.
- Represent Airbnb professionally and authentically, consistently communicating our mission and values.
Qualifications and Expertise
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment within general and administrative roles is advantageous.
- Proven success identifying, assessing, and securing outstanding candidates.
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly and concisely convey complex information in writing and verbally.
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with effective influencing skills.
- A positive mindset with receptiveness to feedback and commitment to personal growth.
- Comfort adapting to uncertain or ambiguous situations with patience and professionalism.
- Solid organizational and planning skills with focus on practical problem solving.
- Curious and driven to continuously learn and develop.
- High level of initiative, creativity, resilience, and adaptability.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary depends on several factors such as experience, transferable skills, and market conditions. This role may include bonus opportunities, equity participation, benefits, and employee travel credits.
Annual Salary Range for United Kingdom: £60,000 to £70,000 GBP
Annual Salary Range for Ireland: €68,000 to €80,000 EUR
