Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time, onsite Recruiter in Dubai tasked with sourcing, attracting, and securing high-caliber talent. This role entails responsibilities such as creating job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the candidate pipeline, and partnering closely with hiring managers to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of recruitment experience specific to the Dubai real estate sector.
• Prior experience recruiting commission-based sales agents.
• Excellent abilities in sourcing candidates, effective communication, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred.
