Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and goal-driven HR Recruiter to oversee the complete recruitment cycle. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs efficiently.

Key Duties

• Gain a clear understanding of hiring needs from clients and internal teams.
• Identify candidates using employment portals, social networks, referrals, and diverse recruitment sources.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
• Arrange and organize interviews between candidates and hiring authorities.
• Maintain contact with selected candidates until their joining date.
• Update recruitment records and maintain candidate information systematically.
• Handle offer documentation and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Develop and nurture a resourceful talent pool for upcoming recruitment demands.
• Achieve recruitment objectives within set deadlines.
• Foster positive relationships with applicants, ensuring a pleasant hiring experience.
• Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment statistics.

Eligibility and Experience

Open to freshers as well as candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Remuneration

Salary is commensurate with company policies and candidate’s experience level.
