Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated recruiter with an established network to spearhead recruiting operations throughout the UAE. This role involves expanding our recruiter community and fostering partnerships with leading employers. It is a client-facing position, requiring active identification of candidates, developing relationships with hiring managers, and broadening the recruiter network in the most dynamic UAE job markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and onboard high-quality recruiters and hiring managers in the UAE onto the Workistry platform
• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies for talent collaborations
• Formulate and implement a growth plan to expand the Workistry recruiter network in the UAE
• Perform candidate sourcing, screening, and alignment with employer requirements
• Represent Workistry at recruitment industry events, professional meetups, and conferences in the UAE

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed
• Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in the UAE, either agency or in-house
• Possess a strong network of UAE hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters
• Demonstrated success in making placements across various industry sectors
• Fluent English communication and excellent relationship-building capabilities
• Proficient in digital recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms

Compensation

The annual salary ranges from $75,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
