Key Responsibilities

• Secure listings, market properties effectively, and facilitate property sales.
• Develop and sustain client relationships to assess both immediate and future real estate needs.
• Engage actively in branch-led business development initiatives.
• Meet sales targets including listings, property appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising goals.
• Adhere strictly to all professional standards and reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with the Elders team to introduce clients to innovative real estate opportunities.
• Maximize marketing exposure by supporting activities such as field days and community events.

Candidate Profile

• Solid experience in the local real estate sector with proven knowledge of market dynamics.
• Skilled in property appraisal and able to identify strengths and potential in both rural and residential real estate.
• Holds a valid Real Estate licence and current driver's licence (essential).
• Strong competence in real estate marketing practices.
• Good understanding of real estate legislation.
• Exceptional communication skills combined with organizational, negotiation, and client management capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• A proactive team player, energetic, well-organized, and capable of managing time efficiently.
