Position Overview

We are in search of a committed and meticulous Raffles Butler to become an integral member of our premium hospitality team in Udaipur. The Butler will play a pivotal role in delivering highly personalized and harmonious service from guest arrival through departure, ensuring each resident experiences emotional luxury. This position requires someone who excels in attentive listening, acute observation, and anticipating guests' desires, acting as a brand ambassador and expert on all service facets within the hotel.

Key Duties

Conduct personalized check-in processes, prepare suites, offer suite orientation, serve welcome drinks, and provide tailored dining and itinerary suggestions.
Proactively identify and meet guests' needs and preferences through insightful interaction and observation.
Coordinate special event celebrations and manage exceptional in-suite experiences that go beyond expectations.
Deliver daily amenities, respond swiftly to guest communications, and oversee smooth checkout procedures.
Perform in-room services such as assisting with unpacking, packing, laundry arrangements, shoe shining, and supporting in-suite dining.
Address and resolve guest concerns professionally, escalating to the Head Butler when necessary.
Work collaboratively with housekeeping, in-suite dining, and front desk teams to provide seamless guest service.
Strictly uphold service standards aligned with luxury hospitality norms and specific hotel protocols.
Promote the hotel’s facilities, dining options, and services effectively to guests.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all guest and hotel data.
Comply with health and safety regulations and assist team members in following these policies.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related hospitality qualification.
At least 2 years' experience in butler services, luxury hotel environments, or elite guest relations.
Strong proficiency in English communication; ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills with capability to forge authentic guest connections.
Highly attentive to detail combined with a service-focused approach.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Well-developed organizational skills to manage competing priorities efficiently.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and general computer literacy.
