About the Role
Join Rexel Australia as a Quotations Administrator within our State Projects team based in Hindmarsh, Western Australia. You will play a critical role in supporting project tendering efforts by preparing commercial tender documents, maintaining project data, and facilitating smooth communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit compliant commercial project quotations in a timely manner.
- Keep quotation registers, databases, source lists, and project records up to date and accurate.
- Maintain clear communication regarding requirements and updates with both internal teams and external partners.
- Archive project documentation and ensure follow-up on any outstanding paperwork.
- Support accurate and compliant submission of project proposals.
- Provide responsive assistance with project-related enquiries to support the broader network.
- Contribute positively to customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Proficiency and confidence with technology including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and web-based applications.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic project team.
