Role Overview

This full-time position based at El Sadat City requires overseeing quality assurance and control across all carpet manufacturing lines. The incumbent ensures that all produced carpets align with company quality benchmarks and industry standards through regular inspections, data analysis, and root cause assessment of defects or deviations. Collaboration with teams in production, procurement, and design is essential to enforce corrective actions, enhance processes, and sustain quality consistency. The role also demands the development and revision of quality protocols, training personnel in quality standards, and generating detailed reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in quality supervision within textile, carpet, or analogous manufacturing sectors, including establishing and maintaining quality criteria.
• Comprehensive understanding of textile materials, carpet manufacturing techniques, and applicable quality testing procedures related to pile integrity, backing strength, colorfastness, and durability.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude, capable of interpreting quality and production metrics to recommend process upgrades.
• Effective leadership and communication skills to manage interdepartmental coordination and facilitate employee training on quality protocols.
• Familiarity with quality management frameworks like ISO standards, documentation standards, and auditing procedures.
• Competency in standard computer software and tools for monitoring production and quality performance.
• A bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or closely related areas, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the textile or carpet manufacturing industry within Egypt or similar regions is preferred, with an added advantage for knowledge of the Turkish carpet sector.
