About the Role
Stanley Black & Decker's Distribution Centre in East Tamaki, Auckland is seeking a permanent Quality Coordinator to join their onsite operations team. The role involves managing customer claims, supporting cycle counting, and partnering with stakeholders to guarantee inventory accuracy and quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve all customer complaints submitted through the Salesforce portal.
- Accurately update and maintain claims-related spreadsheets and reports.
- Assist the cycle counting team with workload management as needed.
- Develop and provide training materials on new product and process updates.
- Respond promptly to queries from internal teams regarding operational matters.
- Investigate stock issues including orphan, missing, and other discrepancies.
- Collaborate with relevant parties such as NOSIL to conduct thorough stock investigations.
- Identify root causes behind customer claims and work with stakeholders to implement preventative measures.
- Regularly review and enhance policies and processes to improve order accuracy and quality metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and precision.
- Experienced in performing root cause analysis, investigations, and resolving operational challenges.
- Proficient administrative and reporting skills, confident with Excel and related tools.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, capable of fostering effective relationships.
- Ability to operate independently, handle confidential information discreetly, and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
