Position Summary

The Project Manager role is a part-time, embedded position (30-35 hours weekly) providing strategic and tactical leadership within the Blended Program until the end of 2026. Reporting to the Associate Director of Project Management, this opportunity involves driving the execution of strategic initiatives across consumer-packaged goods manufacturing, development, and commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution across related projects within the Blended Program ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Guide project teams to meet critical milestones by proactively identifying and mitigating obstacles.
• Create and update integrated project timelines and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and decisions, ensuring accountability for project outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations.
• Support initiatives such as product renovation, reformulation, packaging innovation, and brand integration.
• Drive commercialization readiness involving launch planning and customer transitions.
• Facilitate meetings, report status updates, and maintain transparency on project health and challenges.
• Identify process improvements to streamline project execution and strengthen team collaboration.
• Deliver executive-level updates and recommendations for leadership stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders in fast-changing environments.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset with capability to translate technical details into actionable insights.
• Experience in developing project plans and enforcing accountability.
• Self-driven with aptitude for building collaborative partnerships.

Preferred Experience

• Background in consumer-packaged goods, food, nutrition, healthcare, or wellness sectors.
• Knowledge of product development and commercialization lifecycles.
• Familiarity with regulated or quality-controlled environments.
• Experience with packaging innovation, portfolio management, or brand integration projects.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift objects up to 12 pounds and perform physical activities like bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and stair climbing.
• Capability to sit for extended periods working at a computer.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers hourly pay ranging from $85 to $105 per hour, with an On-Target-Earnings structure including base salary and variable components. Compensation packages consider location, skills, and experience, with ongoing adjustments based on performance and business factors.
