Role Overview
Lead and oversee construction projects from the initial phase through to final handover within Umniah's sectors encompassing buildings, infrastructure, and industrial developments. Responsibilities include comprehensive project planning, managing subcontractor activities, maintaining client communications, controlling budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery, all under direct reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- At least 8 years of experience managing construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated success in handling projects with budgets exceeding SAR 5 million from start to finish.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi construction laws, codes, and industry standards.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is favorable.
- Competency in using Microsoft Project software.
