Role Overview

This full-time Project Manager position, located in Coconut Grove, FL, offers a hybrid work setting. The successful candidate will supervise daily project activities across different stages, ensuring effective communication and management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with clients and consultants at all phases of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, and oversee their execution.
• Apply project management techniques to monitor progress and manage change control processes.
• Facilitate smooth information flow between project teams and clients through meetings and communications.
• Coordinate design and general contractor teams to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee project tracking using Procore software.
• Enforce quality control standards to meet compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance project management procedures and tools.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, processes, and systems.

Candidate Qualifications

• Located or residing near Miami, Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a project manager in roles such as Developer, Owner's Representative, or General Contractor.
• Experience in residential and/or hospitality projects.
• Highly self-driven with exceptional communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Project or P6), Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Proven experience within South Florida markets.
• Ability to offer strategic guidance during project conception, advising on methodologies to meet client objectives.
• Strong time management skills to ensure projects meet quality standards, are efficient, and timely.
• Capable of cultivating robust relationships with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Track record of effective collaboration within commissioned project delivery contexts.
• Academic background in Construction Management or closely related field; PMP certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between $110,000 and $150,000 based on experience.
