Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant data centre construction project in Dublin. This position entails close collaboration with the Project Director to ensure all project milestones are met with the highest quality standards. The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication capabilities, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong, cooperative relationships with clients and project stakeholders to ensure their expectations are clearly understood and fulfilled throughout the project duration.
• Effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and obstacles to both internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in defining project scopes, execution plans, and budgets, utilizing engineering principles to optimize performance and value delivery.
• Generate detailed and accurate project reports and maintain thorough project documentation to professional standards.
• Guide project teams by ensuring appropriate resource allocation and timely completion of deliverables.
• Support performance tracking by regularly updating and monitoring project data in reporting cycles.
• Work collaboratively with departments including Commercial and Senior Management to promptly identify and resolve contractual or project challenges.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid technical knowledge relevant to project delivery.
• At least three years of experience in construction, particularly on large-scale projects.
• A university degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of project delivery methodologies.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; strong capabilities in reporting and presentations.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, coupled with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
