About Construction Engineering Contracting, Inc.
Construction Engineering Trading Co. W.L.L. is actively recruiting professionals for multiple construction project positions in Doha, Qatar, aiming to enhance their project execution excellence.
Available Positions and Responsibilities
The company has openings for the following roles: Project Manager, Civil Site Engineer, QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Quantity Surveyor (QS), and Draftsman (CAD), each with specific responsibilities and skill requirements related to construction project management, site supervision, quality control, cost estimation, and technical drafting.
Role-specific Requirements
- Project Manager: Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, a minimum of 10 years in construction with at least 5 years in a managerial role, PMP certification, and demonstrated leadership in managing timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Civil Site Engineer: Requires a Bachelor's in civil engineering, at least 5 years of construction experience with practical site management skills, strong site coordination, reporting abilities, and proficiency in interpreting construction drawings.
- QA/QC Engineer – Civil: Needs a Bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years in construction quality assurance/control, familiarity with QA/QC documentation like ITPs and NCRs, site inspection protocols, and knowledge of industry standards.
- Quantity Surveyor (QS): Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or quantity surveying, 5+ years in construction quantity surveying, expertise in cost estimation, BOQ, variation orders, contract administration, and strong analytical skills.
- Draftsman (CAD): Requires a relevant diploma or degree in drafting, architecture, or interior design, proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp, experience in producing detailed 2D/3D construction or interior design drawings, and strong detail orientation.
