Role Purpose

The Project Manager will be tasked with sourcing and acquiring high-quality contact lists of suppliers to aid the Sales team's prospecting efforts. Your contributions will directly influence revenue growth and overall business outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Make professional outbound calls to request and obtain contact lists from supply chain partners.
  • Organize, oversee, and execute projects utilizing cold outreach via phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn communication.
  • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers to acquire critical commercial information.
  • Leverage lead generation tools and data platforms to identify and extract viable business leads.
  • Diligently record, verify, and manage data adhering to company policies and GDPR regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with administrative and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth transfer of qualified leads.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven background in sales, lead generation, business development, or outbound contact roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools; HubSpot experience is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for outreach.
  • Highly resilient, proactive, results-oriented, and strong work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic salary ranging from £26,250 to £27,500, complemented by uncapped commission earnings.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
